NAMI family support group is a peer-led group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.

Confident Connections

Confident Connections begins April 10. It is a 4-week workshop for people ages 17-21 to learn more about mindfulness, active listening, self-care, and time management as they navigate entering adulthood.

My Piece in the Puzzle 5.0

My Piece in the Puzzle is a six-week course which equips participants with resources and skills to promote racial equity and healing. It begins on April 10 and runs through May 15.

Rachelle is on a remarkable journey - a 754-mile Pilgrimage from Chicago, IL to Montgomery, AL. Why? To stand up against racism so we can create a world where ‘equity for all’ is inherently honored, lived by, celebrated. This is about all the stories of people along the way. This isn’t the beginning though and it won’t be the end. 

Cyndi's Caregiver Craft Club

Parents, grandparents, and other caregivers with children receiving mental, emotional, and behavioral health services in Kankakee County are invited to Cyndi’s Caregiver Craft Club hosted by Project SUN.
