Kate, Strategic Planning Intern, grew up in Bourbonnais, IL and is graduating in May 2021 from Olivet Nazarene University with her BS in Psychology and Business Administration. Previously, Kate has worked at Chick-fil-A as Front of House Director and Olivet as an assistant in Conference Services. After graduation Kate plans on pursuing a Masters in Social Work and to eventually become a licensed counselor. Kate has a passion for mental health awareness and equipping families with the tools to fight mental illness. In her free time, Kate enjoys singing with Orpheus Choir at Olivet, reading a good book, and spending time with her friends. Kate is so grateful to work with an organization so in line with her values and is excited to watch as Project SUN continues to make a lasting impact on the community.
